Registration Form

Delegate registration on or before 31 July 2007 = £425 + VAT @ 17.5% = £499.38

Delegate registration after 31 July = £475 + VAT @ 17.5% = £558.12

The fee includes:

  • Access to conference sessions and exhibition
  • Lunch on each conference day (Thursday 13 – Saturday 15 September)
  • Mid-session refreshments on each conference day (Thursday 13 – Saturday 15 September)
  • Drinks reception (Thursday 13 September)
  • Conference dinner (Friday 14 September)
  • Conference materials

Author registration deadline

Accepted presenters should register no later than 16 March 2007 to ensure that their material is included in the final programme and the book of abstracts. Non-registered presentations will be withdrawn from the conference after this date.

Conference dinner

A dinner cruise has been arranged for Friday 14 September and the ticket price is included in the registration fee. The boats will pass many famous London landmarks, including the Tower of London and Lincolns' Inn before going through Tower Bridge to the Thames Barrier. This will be a unique opportunity to socialise with your fellow delegates while viewing the capitals famous skyline. Please let the conference secretariat know if you are unable to attend this event. Limited tickets will be available for partners and spouses, contact the conference secretariat for more information.

Payment

Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the conference secretariat.

Alternative payment methods
Cheques should be made payable to Elsevier and should be sent with your completed registration form. In order to pay by bank transfer, you will first require an invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by airmail upon receipt of a signed registration form completed with your contact details and registration details. The reverse side of the invoice provides Elsevier bank account details for transfer purposes. Please do not transfer fees until you have received your invoice. It is essential that you include your invoice number when instructing your bank. Please forward a copy of the bank transfer documentation to the conference secretariat.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 1 August 2007, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 16 August 2007, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 16 August 2007, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that the Organisers shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

Changes

Details are correct at time of going to print. Elsevier reserves the right to change any session in the final programme.
