Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) is an international centre of excellence, devoted to research, education and training, consultancy and technical assistance through our subsidiary company Liverpool Associates in Tropical Health (LATH). LSTM was founded in 1898, becoming the World's first institution devoted primarily to tropical health. LSTM leads numerous programmes to control diseases of poverty and to develop more effective systems for health care worldwide.

LSTM is undergoing a branding review and the new brand will be presented at the RSTMH Centenary Exhibition.
